To make a government per diem reservation, do not hesitate to contact Kaylin Taylor, Meeting Planner, at [email protected] or 386-490-7803. Please note, that we are only given a small amount of these rooms and reserve them for government attendees who cannot travel without them.

Hotel Resort Fee is $28(plus tax) nightly resort fee per room per night and includes:

- Hotel-wide high-speed internet access
- Unlimited local and long-distance calls
- Daily scheduled shuttle service to Opry Mills & The Inn at Opryland
- Bottled water (2x daily)
- Daily Dry Cleaning credit of up to $10 per room towards dry cleaning (credit is not cumulative through stay)
- Transportation to Gaylord Springs Golf Links practice range access and a daily bucket of balls (rental club provided; appropriate attire required)
***Government Per Diem reservations will not be charged a resort fee.

Other Important Notes:

- Cancellation - All reservations are charged a one-night room and tax deposit post-booking. If you are unable to honor your reservation with us, please cancel 48 hours before your arrival date, or your first night's room and tax deposit will be retained.

- CHILD POLICY - Children 11 years or younger will stay, free of charge, in their parent's room.
- Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center is now cashless throughout your experience. The resort accepts credit card and mobile payments only; including front desk, food and beverage locations, retail, special events, parking, etc. Guests can convert their cash into $20 - $500 gift cards at Cash-To-Card kiosks next to the Delta and Cascades ATMs.
