Please note, that USAHA has updated to a new system. For all AAVLD members, please choose  'Register as Guest' to register for the annual meeting.

 

Pre-registration closes at midnight (CST) Monday, September 23rd. After that, on-site registration will available in Nashville at 6:45 am October 10th at a higher rate.

AAVLD Members

  •   If you are registering someone else, use the member's contact details (email).

  • Limit one meeting registration per login. Be sure to include your symposium selection(s) upon overall registration.

  • LOGIN IS NOT REQUIRED; Email address is...

  • Our database will recognize you based on your email address, or you may enter your contact information if you are new to USAHA.

  • Note for those Renewing Dues - an option under "additional items" on the form lets you select renewal of your 2025 dues with registration.
