Dr. Dan Rudmann is an anatomic toxicologic pathologist with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and contract laboratory industries. Dan’s most recent position was at Charles River Laboratories, where he served as the Senior Director and Global Lead for Digital Toxicologic Pathology. In this role, he led the nonclinical integration of deep learning-based AI decision support tools and managed a global team responsible for digital pathology production and AI-machine learning research. Before Charles River, Dan held individual contributor and leadership roles at Flagship Biosciences, AstraZeneca, Eli Lilly, Pfizer, and DuPont Pharma. Dan received his DVM and PhD in Pathobiology from Purdue University, is a Fellow of the International Academy of Toxicologic Pathology. Dan is currently the Executive Director of Pathology at ModernaTx in Cambridge, MA.
