2026 joint usaha/aavld Award Ceremony & Luncheon

The 2026 USAHA / AAVLD Awards Ceremony & Luncheon celebrates the outstanding achievements and scientific contributions of our trainee, competitive, and committee award recipients. Throughout the Annual Meeting, oral abstract and poster presentations will take place on Saturday and Sunday, during which moderators will evaluate all competitive and committee award categories.

As we receive awardee information, we will post Trainee Travel Awardees and Committee Awardees. All award recipients will also be recognized in the Awards Luncheon PowerPoint, which will run for 15 minutes at the start of the ceremony before the formal program begins.

The Awards PowerPoint will additionally be featured during the Sunday President’s Reception at 5:30 PM in the Rooftop Gardens, and again during the President’s Dinner with Keynote Speaker at 6:30 PM in Exhibit Hall A.

Trainee Travel Award monetary checks will be distributed on Saturday afternoon at the registration desk.

We will notify each award recipient during the annual meeting. Award recipients should make sure they can access the annual meeting AP. Notifications will be going out via 'News Feed'.
